A Las Vegas favorite for smoked brisket burritos, BBQ tacos, bowls and salads from award-winning Border Grill Chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken. We offer bold, smoky flavors with a variety of healthy, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. Margaritas, beer, and more available at select locations.
Now with five locations, BBQ Mexicana is casual, affordable, and flavorful. In 2024, we opened our first drive-thru location and expanded upon our famous chef-driven, to-go style service at Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas Ballpark, and Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

Learn MoreOur famous beef brisket is slow smoked for 14 hours over mesquite wood. We slow smoke all of our brisket, pork, chicken and tofu in house. We utilize seasonal, locally grown ingredients and organic beans. We use only the best humanely raised Certified Angus Beef. Our meats and poultry are always raised without any antibiotics or hormones.
