From award-winning celebrity chefs Susan Feniger and Mary Sue Milliken, BBQ Mexicana fuses Mexican spice and traditional barbecue in burritos, bowls, tacos and salads.
Inspired by Mary Sue and Susan’s travels to Mexico, where they fell in love with delicious barbacoa and smoked meats, the menu features American-style smoked brisket, mesquite smoked chicken, pulled pork, and slow smoked tofu in addition to aguas frescas, beers and margaritas.
BBQ Mexicana utilizes seasonal, locally grown ingredients, and organic beans. Our meats and poultry are raised without antibiotics or hormones and always smoked in house.
In 2018, BBQ Mexicana opened its first location across from Border Grill inside Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Soon, locations inside the Las Vegas Ballpark, Allegiant Stadium, and T-Mobile Arena followed. Most recently, BBQ Mexicana opened at Sunset & Durango in 2024.
Chefs, cookbook authors, media personalities, entrepreneurs and pioneers of world cuisine, Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger are the founders of Mundo Hospitality Group, which includes Border Grill, Pacha Mamas and BBQ Mexicana in Las Vegas, SOCALO in Santa Monica, and most recently Alice B. in Palm Springs.
